Quality hardware can be returned to VOLTAS IT within 14 working days for any reason. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and without marks of use. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Virtual goods, such as PRO and Ultimate subscription plans, can be returned within 30 days if you have not used them within 30 days of purchase. If you have used at least one feature of PRO or Ultimate subscription plans, they cannot be returned.

Unused credit activation codes can be returned within 30 days (starting from the moment the code is generated).


How to return the purchased item?
Follow the steps below to return the purchased item. You will need to start the return process via the OBDeleven website https://obdeleven.com/en/login?back=my-account. (if you have selected the shipping via Amazon, so you will need to contact Customer Support).


  • Enter your email and password and press "SIGN IN".


  • Press "Order history and details".


  • In order history page select order which you would like to return and go to order Details page by pressing .


  • In the order details page select product which you want to return, enter return reason and press "REQUEST A RETURN" button.


  • After that, you will be moved to the Merchandise returns page where you will be able to see your return status in the marked zone .

After we will confirm your return Print out button will appear in the Returns form field. In the following PDF file, you will find all the required information about the return procedure.

When return will be received in our warehouse status of your return will be changed to “Return completed” or “Return denied”.

Return completed - means that your money will be refunded.

Return denied - our agent will contact you about issues with your returned items.
